Quoting software
built for tradespeople.
Quote on-site from your phone. Voice, text, photos, or a quick walkthrough video, however the job's easier to describe. The AI prices labour and materials on real UK rates, adds VAT, and you're sending a branded PDF before you've left the customer's drive.
Built for UK tradespeople
The problem
Quoting's the worst part
of the job. Shouldn't be.
Hours a week spent writing quotes by hand, guessing at prices, chasing customers. Sound familiar?
Pricing jobs at the kitchen table after a 10-hour day
Quote on-site in 60 seconds while the job is fresh
Guessing material costs from memory
Real UK supplier prices pulled automatically
"I'll email you a quote this week" (then forgetting)
Customer has a branded PDF before you've left their drive
Losing jobs to the tradesman who replied first
Same-day professional quote, every time
How it works
Quote done before
you're back at the van.
Open the app, describe the job however suits you, hit send. The customer accepts from their browser.
01
Talk through the job
Type it, dictate a voice note, snap photos, or film a quick walkthrough. Mix any of them. No forms. Say what needs doing while you're standing in front of it.
02
Get an itemised quote back
Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.
03
Send it. They accept in the browser.
Tweak anything you want, email a branded PDF. The customer accepts from their phone. Your app pings the second they do. Convert to invoice with one tap.
Features
What's in the app
Not a spreadsheet, not a web form. A native phone app for quoting on-site, with a web dashboard for when you're back at the desk.
AI-powered pricing
Describe the job and the app prices labour and materials using real UK trade data. Regional rates, current supplier costs, VAT calculated automatically.
Voice, text, photo, and video input
Talk through the job, type a quick description, snap photos, or film a video walkthrough. Combine any inputs. The app turns it all into a priced, itemised quote.
Branded PDF quotes
Your logo, your colours, your payment terms. Every quote goes out looking professional with your business branding, not a generic template.
Quote to invoice in one tap
Customer accepts? Convert the quote to an invoice instantly. Same line items, same branding. Track paid, unpaid, and overdue from one place.
Video walkthrough
Film a quick walkthrough of the job site. Pan across the room, show the boiler, walk the garden. The app analyses the video and builds a detailed, priced quote from what it sees.
Works from your phone
No laptop, no office. A native iOS and Android app that works wherever you are. Save drafts offline and send when you have signal.
AI features
Three ways to describe a job. The AI handles the rest.
Most quoting tools are a spreadsheet with extra steps. QuickPrice you use by talking, pointing a camera, or filming. You review the priced quote, then send. That's where the speed actually comes from.
Voice-to-quote
Tap the mic and talk through the job: “Two-day bathroom refit, rip the old suite out, new shower, basin, toilet, retile the walls, all pipework.” The app transcribes it, picks out the scope, and prices it. Useful when your hands are full.
Read how voice-to-quote worksPhoto-to-quote
Up to five photos. Missing slates, a leaking valve, a damaged fence. The app reads materials, condition, and scope from the images, then writes priced line items. Good for repairs and insurance jobs where the detail matters.
Read how photo-to-quote worksVideo walkthrough
Film a 30-second walkthrough, narrating as you go. The app reads the footage and what you said together. Best for jobs where stills don't cover it: full kitchens, gardens, anything with depth.
Read how video walkthrough worksBuilt for the UK
UK quoting software, not a generic US tool.
Most quoting tools online are American. Dollars, zip codes, sales tax, imperial measurements, and material prices that don't match what your local merchant charges. QuickPrice is built for UK trades from the start.
VAT handled properly
20% VAT on materials and labour as default. Reduced-rate 5% available for qualifying energy-saving work. VAT registration number on every PDF.
12 regional labour rates
London, South East, South West, East of England, West Midlands, East Midlands, Yorkshire, North East, North West, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. Your rate is set by where you work.
UK supplier pricing
Travis Perkins, Screwfix, Wickes, Toolstation, Howdens. Current trade prices, not retail. Your quote reflects what you'll actually pay.
Gas Safe, NICEIC, FMB ready
Scheme membership numbers print on every quote and invoice. Customers see qualifications at a glance. HETAS, OFTEC, and TrustMark supported.
Why UK-specific pricing matters
A plumber in Manchester doesn't charge a Kensington day rate. A roofer in Cardiff buys tiles from a different merchant than one in Edinburgh. Anything that flattens that into a national average is wrong half the time, and the half it's wrong on is where your margin lives. QuickPrice uses 12 regional labour-rate calibrations so the quote reflects what your market actually pays.
VAT and CIS built in
Standard 20% VAT by default, 5% reduced rate per line where qualifying energy-saving work applies. CIS-registered subcontractors can flag labour lines as CIS-eligible so the deduction's clear on invoices to contractors. If you're not VAT-registered, the app generates compliant non-VAT invoices automatically.

Testimonials
What tradespeople say
Plumbers, electricians, builders: hear how QuickPrice changed the way they quote.
“Quoted a boiler swap from the customer's driveway. Voice input, 45 seconds, done. She accepted it from her phone before I'd driven off. That job would've sat in my notebook for three days before.”
Dave Richardson
Plumber · Manchester
“The branded PDFs are what sold me. Customers comment on how professional the quotes look, and the pricing is close enough that I rarely change more than a line or two. Converted a quote to an invoice yesterday. One tap.”
Sarah Mitchell
Electrician · Bristol
“I run a two-man team doing extensions and lofts. Used to spend Sunday evenings pricing jobs. Now I photograph the site, talk through the scope, and the quote's in the customer's inbox same day.”
James Cooper

Why QuickPrice
Not another generic business tool
QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks are built for accountants. QuickPrice is built for tradespeople who price jobs on-site.
Trade-specific, not generic
The pricing engine knows the difference between a consumer unit upgrade and a bathroom refit. It prices materials and labour for your specific trade, not a blank spreadsheet.
Regional UK pricing
Labour rates in London aren't the same as Leeds. QuickPrice uses regional data so your quotes reflect what tradespeople actually charge in your area, not a national average.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about QuickPrice quoting software for tradespeople.
What is quoting software for tradespeople?
A tool for writing professional itemised quotes on-site instead of pricing jobs at home in the evening. QuickPrice is a phone app. You describe the job by typing, voice, or photo, and it gives you back a priced quote with UK material costs and regional labour rates in about a minute.
How is QuickPrice different from invoicing software like Xero or QuickBooks?
Those are built for office accounting. QuickPrice is built for tradespeople who quote on-site. It knows trade-specific materials and labour, uses AI to price a job from a description, and runs on your phone. You describe the job, it writes the quote. No laptop.
Which trades does QuickPrice support?
13 main trade categories: plumbing, electrical, building, painting and decorating, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, heating, general handyman. Plus 15 specialist trades. Each one has its own materials data and labour rates.
How does the video walkthrough work?
Open the app, tap video, walk the site filming as you go. Show the room, the fittings, the area that needs work. The app reads the footage and the audio, picks out materials and scope, and builds a priced quote. Fastest way to capture a job where photos alone won't cover it.
How accurate is the AI pricing?
Current UK material costs from major suppliers, regional labour rates from industry data. The app picks the right rates from your postcode automatically. London rates aren't Yorkshire rates. For standard jobs most tradespeople send the quote as it comes out. You can edit every line before sending if you need to.
Can I add my own logo and branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, pick a colour, set your payment terms during setup. Every quote and invoice PDF carries your branding, business name, address, and VAT number. Customers see your business, not a generic template.
How much does it cost?
Free is £0/mo, 3 AI plus 20 manual quotes a month, text input, PDF download, email. Starter is £8.99/mo (inc. VAT), 20 AI plus unlimited manual quotes, invoicing, chase reminders. Pro is £14.99/mo (inc. VAT), 100 AI quotes, voice/photo/video, branded PDFs, Quote DNA, auto-chase, view notifications, 14-day free trial. Advanced is £34.99/mo (inc. VAT), unlimited AI quotes, regional price calibration, enhanced voice transcription, priority support.
Does it work offline?
You can save drafts offline so you don't lose work on-site. Generating and sending needs a data connection but only takes a few seconds. Most job sites have enough signal.
Do customers need to download an app to accept?
No. They get an email with a link, open it in their browser, accept or decline from there. You get a push notification the moment they reply.
