Quoting software
for fitters.
You've just measured up a kitchen-diner for LVT. Instead of scribbling areas on a notepad and working out the m² and waste at home tonight, open the app, describe the job, and email a branded quote before you've packed the van. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

The problem
Quote on-site, not at the kitchen table
Floor fitters lose hours every week working out areas, waste, and underlay after they've packed up. QuickPrice prices LVT, wood, laminate, and carpet from your phone while you're still standing on the sub-floor.
It's never just the floor area
You measure the room. Then there's waste for cuts, underlay, door bars, scotia, trims, and rounding up the packs. Get the waste factor wrong on a herringbone LVT and your margin's gone.
You can't see what's under the floor
Lift the old carpet and the sub-floor's shot. Now it needs ply or a latex screed before you lay a thing. Pricing that on the doorstep, without a clear breakdown, is how you end up swallowing a day's prep for free.
Supply-and-fit quotes typed up at midnight
You finished at 5, measured three rooms, and now you're at the kitchen table at 9pm working out supply-and-fit versus fit-only for each one. By Thursday two of those customers have already booked the fitter who quoted on the day.

What's in it for floor fitters
A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.
Knows UK flooring costs
Current prices for LVT, engineered and solid wood, laminate, carpet, underlay, screed, ply, and trims. Give it the rooms and the m². The materials list prices itself, with a sensible waste allowance built in.
VAT, labour, and totals, automatic
20% VAT applied if you're registered, fitting labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total split into supply and fit your customer can actually read. Review, tweak, send.
Customer accepts, you convert to invoice
Your customer gets a link to view the quote in their browser and accept it. You get notified by email. Convert the accepted quote to an invoice with one tap and send it, all from the app.
Quoted before you've packed the van
Finish measuring, open the app, reel off the rooms and floor types. By the time the customer's seen you out, the quote's in their inbox with your logo and payment terms.

Testimonial
What tradespeople say
“I measured a kitchen-diner and two bedrooms, reeled off the m² into the app, and it sorted the waste, the underlay, and the door bars without me touching a calculator. Sent a supply-and-fit quote from the drive and she accepted before I'd unloaded. Used to lose an hour an evening on this stuff.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
How does it price flooring by the square metre?
Give it the room dimensions or the m² and the floor type, and the floor fitter quoting software works out the area, adds a sensible waste factor for cuts and pattern matching, and includes underlay, door bars, scotia, and trims. It prices both supply and fit. You review every line before sending and can change the waste percentage or any item.
Can it handle sub-floor prep and latex screed?
Yes. Tell it the sub-floor needs ply boarding or a latex screed and the app adds the prep as separate priced lines, by the m², so the customer sees exactly what the prep costs on top of the floor. If you lift the old floor and find a problem after quoting, add the prep line in the review step before you send.
What happens after I send a quote?
The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification when they respond. Accepted quotes can be converted to invoices in one tap.
Will my logo and branding be on the PDF?
Yes. Add your logo, business name, accent colour, and contact details to your profile during setup and they appear on every quote PDF automatically. The customer gets a clean, branded supply-and-fit quote, not a scribble on the back of a job sheet.
How accurate is the flooring estimating, and is my data safe?
For standard work like LVT, laminate, carpet, and engineered wood, most fitters send the quote close to as generated, tweaking the waste factor or material grade for premium products. The more you tell it about the rooms, sub-floor, and trims, the sharper the output. Your quotes and client details are stored securely and never shared. You control what goes out.
