Quoting software
for electricians.
You've surveyed the board, you know the scope. Instead of pricing it up at home tonight, describe the job on your phone, send a branded quote to the customer, and let them accept it from their browser. First quote in usually wins.

The problem
First quote in usually wins
Electricians lose jobs to whoever gets the quote in first. QuickPrice prices CU upgrades, rewires, and EV charger installs from your phone while you're still on the customer's drive.
CU upgrades have a dozen line items
The board, MCBs, RCDs, tails, meter tails, earth sleeving, labour. Working all that out on a first-fix day without a laptop isn't realistic, so it waits until tonight.
Rewire pricing is too complex for a notepad
Cable runs, back boxes, sockets, switches, certification costs. Price it in your head on-site and you'll either leave money on the table or lose the job to someone cheaper.
The customer called three sparks. You replied last.
The electrician who sends a professional itemised quote same-day gets the callback. The one who says "I'll email you this week" usually doesn't get a second chance.
How it works
Quote done before
you're back at the van.
Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.
01
Talk through the job
Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.
02
Get an itemised quote back
Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.
03
Send it. They accept in the browser.
Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.
In the app
Every electrician quote, in one place.
Pipeline, quotes and follow-ups, exactly as they look in the QuickPrice app on your phone.

What tradespeople say
“Did a CU upgrade quote on my phone while the customer was showing me the old board. Sent it before I left. She accepted it that evening and I invoiced her straight from the app when the job was done. The whole thing took less time than typing one email used to.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
Does this electrician quoting software handle Part P and certification references?
Yes. Add your NICEIC, NAPIT, or other scheme number to your business profile. It appears on every quote and invoice PDF. You can also add Part P notification notes and EIC references in the quote notes section.
Can I quote EV charger installations?
Yes. The app understands residential EV charger scope: charger unit, cabling, CU work, and labour. Describe the job and it builds the quote. Add OZEV grant references in the review step.
How does the electrical estimating software estimate cable quantities for rewires?
Describe the property type, scope, and number of points. The app estimates 2.5mm T&E, 1.5mm lighting cable, and any specialist cabling. Adjust quantities in the review step if your measurements differ.
What happens when the customer accepts?
They click 'Accept' in their browser, no app needed on their end. You get an email notification immediately. The quote status updates in your app, and you can convert it to an invoice in one tap.
How does it handle reduced-rate VAT?
Standard 20% VAT is applied automatically. For jobs that qualify for reduced-rate VAT (certain energy-saving materials), you can adjust the VAT rate on individual line items before sending.
