1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the QuickPrice website (quickprice.co.uk) and the QuickPrice mobile application (“the Service”), operated by Hanse Media LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 14102201), with its registered office at Unit 1 Office 1, Tower Lane Business Park, Tower Lane, Warmley, Bristol, BS30 8XT. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

QuickPrice is an AI-powered quoting tool for UK tradespeople. The Service allows you to generate professional quotes based on text, voice, and photo inputs. Quotes are generated using AI and should be reviewed by you before sending to customers.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotes before sending them to customers. AI-generated pricing is an estimate and may not reflect exact costs.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection law.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

The Starter plan provides limited access to the Service. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Advanced) are billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.

The prices shown on our pricing page apply whether you subscribe through our website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app or by visiting quickprice.co.uk/checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, contact us at info@hansemedia.co.uk.

5. Fair usage

All plans include a monthly quota of quotes as described on our pricing page. These quotas are subject to a fair usage policy. The Service is intended for genuine quoting by tradespeople in the normal course of business.

• If your usage significantly and repeatedly exceeds the reasonable limits of your plan, we may contact you and ask you to upgrade to a more suitable plan.
• Automated, scripted, or bulk usage of the Service is not permitted unless expressly authorised by Hanse Media LTD.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in bad faith, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that disrupts the Service for other users.
• Where we take action under this section, we will endeavour to give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

6. AI-generated content

Quotes generated by QuickPrice use artificial intelligence to estimate pricing based on UK material costs and regional labour rates. These are estimates only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing and you should always review and adjust quotes before sending them. Hanse Media LTD is not liable for any financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated pricing.

7. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including quote data, client information, and uploaded images. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The QuickPrice name, logo, website, and application are owned by Hanse Media LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or through the app.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanse Media LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, visit quickprice.co.uk/account/delete. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the request by emailing info@hansemedia.co.uk. We will send reminder emails at 14 days, 7 days, and 3 days before permanent deletion. After the grace period, all your data (quotes, client information, templates, PDFs, and account settings) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you have an active Stripe subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon requesting deletion. You will not be charged again. Stripe may retain certain payment data independently as described in our Privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
