Does it show my Gas Safe registration on the quote?
Yes. Add your Gas Safe number, HETAS, or OFTEC registration during setup. It appears on every quote and invoice PDF beside your logo, business name, and payment terms.
Can I quote three boiler options on one PDF?
Yes, popular request. Quote good/better/best (e.g. Ideal Logic / Worcester Bosch 2000 / Vaillant ecoTEC) with their price differences. Customer picks and it converts to a fixed quote. TODO: verify brand tier strategy with an experienced engineer.
How does the heating estimating software price power flushes?
Based on number of radiators and system condition. Standard 10-rad domestic flush priced as a default; adjust for larger systems or heavy sludge. Magnetic filter, inhibitor, and gas safety check added automatically.
Does it handle underfloor heating quotes?
Yes. Wet UFH: specify area, zones, manifold, and flooring type (screed, low-profile board, suspended timber). Electric UFH priced by mat area. Labour and commissioning included.
Can I include commissioning and benchmark paperwork?
Yes. The Gas Safe benchmark, building regs notification, and manufacturer warranty registration are standard line items you can include or leave out depending on your scope.
What about flue extension kits and awkward installs?
Add flue extension allowances as line items. Describe flue run in the job description and the app prices standard extension kits. For unusual runs, override the line item.
