Quoting software
for fencing contractors.

You've just walked a 40-metre boundary and counted the bays. Instead of pacing it out again tonight with a calculator, open the app, describe the run, and email a branded quote before you've packed the tape measure away. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

Built for UK tradespeople

The problem

Price the run on-site, not at the kitchen table

Fencing contractors lose hours every week working out per-metre prices after they've finished walking the job. QuickPrice prices close-board, composite, and post & rail from your phone while you're still standing on the boundary.

Per-metre has to carry everything

Posts, concrete, gravel boards, panels or featheredge, fixings, and labour all sit inside that one rate. Get the bay count or the post spacing wrong and the metre price stops covering the job.

The tear-out never gets priced

Ripping out a rotten run, digging out old concrete footings, then a trip to the tip takes half a day. Quote the new fence and forget the removal, and that time comes straight off your margin.

The ground is an unknown until you dig

Rock under the topsoil, a sloping run that needs stepped panels, no rear access for a mixer. You can't see it from the drive, but it decides how long the job takes and whether the price holds.

Features

What's in it for fencing contractors

A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.

Knows UK fencing costs

Current prices for concrete posts, gravel boards, close-board panels, featheredge, composite boards, post mix, and gate hardware. Describe the run in metres and the materials list prices itself. You won't need a supplier catalogue.

VAT, labour, and totals, automatic

20% VAT applied if you're registered, labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total your customer can actually read. Review, tweak, send.

Gates and extras as proper line items

Add a driveway gate, a pedestrian gate, a trellis topper, or the tear-out and disposal as their own lines instead of squeezing them into the metre rate. The customer sees exactly what they're paying for.

Quoted before you've left the boundary

Walk back to the van, open the app, describe the run. By the time you've coiled the line, the quote's in their inbox with your logo and payment terms.

Testimonial

What tradespeople say

Walked a 50-metre close-board run, counted the bays, described it into the app, and the quote was with her before I'd packed up. It carries the posts, the concrete, the gravel boards, all of it. I add the gate and the old fence removal as their own lines. Used to take me an evening with a pad. Now it's a couple of minutes on the boundary.

FAQ

Things people ask

Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.

How does it price fencing per metre?

Tell it the run length and the fence type and the fencing quoting software builds the per-metre rate from current UK costs, posts, concrete or post mix, gravel boards, panels or featheredge, fixings, and labour all factored in. It works out the bay count from your post spacing. You review every line before sending and can adjust the rate, the spacing, or any material.

Can I quote removing and disposing of the old fence?

Yes. Mention there's an existing fence to come out and the app adds the tear-out, digging out old concrete footings, and tip disposal as line items. You can set it per metre or as a fixed sum, and edit it in the review step before you send.

What about difficult ground or restricted access?

Flag rocky ground, a sloping run that needs stepped panels, or no rear access for a mixer and the app adjusts the labour to match. You describe what you found on the walk-round, and the price reflects the extra graft rather than leaving you to absorb it.

Can I add gates and extras separately?

Yes. Driveway gates, pedestrian gates, trellis toppers, and concrete spurs go in as their own line items rather than being buried in the metre rate. The customer sees each one priced, so nothing gets quoted as an afterthought once the panels are already up.

What happens after I send a quote?

The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser, branded with your logo, business name, and contact details. They accept or decline right there, no app needed, and you get an email when they respond. Accepted quotes convert to an invoice in one tap. Your quotes and customer data stay in your account.
