Quoting software
for landscapers.
Walk the garden, narrate what you see by voice, photograph the key areas. The app prices paving, aggregate, fencing, turf, and labour, then emails a branded quote to the customer before you've left their drive. They accept from their browser.

The problem
Spring jobs go to whoever quotes first
Landscapers lose work in busy seasons because the paperwork lags behind the diary. Walk the garden, talk through what needs doing or film it, and the quote's ready before you've packed the van.
The walk-around takes 20 minutes. The quote takes an hour.
You can assess a garden quickly, but turning that into a professional written quote means going home, working out paving quantities at the kitchen table, and typing it all up. That's an hour most landscapers lose every evening.
Paving quantities and sub-base tonnage have to be right
Slabs per square metre, MOT Type 1 tonnage, sharp sand depth, fence panel counts, post spacings. Get the material calc wrong on a 40m² patio and your margin disappears before you've laid a slab.
In summer you're too busy. In winter you need every job.
Landscaping is seasonal. Either way, slow quoting costs you work. The customer who asked three landscapers for a price goes with whoever sends a professional quote first.
How it works
Quote done before
you're back at the van.
Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.
01
Talk through the job
Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.
02
Get an itemised quote back
Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.
03
Send it. They accept in the browser.
Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.

Features
What's in it for landscapers
A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.
Paving, aggregate, fencing: all priced
Indian sandstone, porcelain, block paving, gravel, MOT Type 1, sharp sand, turf, sleepers, fence panels, posts, gravel boards. Describe the job and the materials list prices itself with quantities and wastage.
Talk through the job while you walk the garden
"40 square metres of Indian sandstone, full sub-base dig-out, new fencing down the left boundary, twelve panels and posts." Tap the mic, say it, and the quote builds while you're still on-site.
Photograph the garden, get a scope
Snap each area: the tired patio, the damaged fence, the overgrown borders. The app identifies what needs doing and builds it into the quote. Combine with voice for the most accurate result.
Customer accepts, you invoice from the app
Send the quote. Customer accepts from their browser. When the job's done, convert to invoice with one tap. Track paid and overdue from the same app. The full cycle.

Testimonial
What tradespeople say
“Used to sit at the kitchen table working out paving quantities before I could even start the quote. Now I do it in the garden on my phone while the customer's watching, and they can see I know what I'm doing. Quoted a 50m² patio job, customer accepted from her phone that evening. Invoiced her from the app when we finished. Win rate's gone up noticeably.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
Can I quote from photos of the garden?
Yes. Photograph patios, lawns, borders, fencing lines. The quoting software analyses the scope and generates a materials and labour estimate. Review and adjust anything before sending.
How does the landscaping estimating software price paving and aggregate?
It knows current UK prices for Indian sandstone, porcelain, concrete paving, block paving, gravel, MOT Type 1, sharp sand, and cement. Give the area and material spec, and quantities and pricing are calculated automatically including wastage.
Can I quote large projects in phases?
Yes. Phase 1: groundworks and patio. Phase 2: fencing and gates. Phase 3: planting and turfing. Each phase gets its own subtotal. Customers can approve phase by phase.
What happens when the customer accepts?
They click 'Accept' in their browser, no app or login needed. You get an email notification immediately. Convert the accepted quote to an invoice when the job's done.
Does it handle both hard and soft landscaping?
Yes. Describe the full scope and the app covers paving, fencing, walls, drainage alongside turf, planting, topsoil, and bark. Line items are grouped logically so the customer sees how it all breaks down.
