Quoting software
for plumbers.

You've just assessed a boiler swap. Instead of scribbling notes and typing it up tonight, open the app, describe the job, and email a branded quote to the customer before you've loaded the van. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

Built for UK tradespeople

The problem

Quote on-site, not at the kitchen table

Plumbers lose hours every week pricing jobs after they've finished work. QuickPrice prices boilers, bathrooms, and heating jobs from your phone while you're still standing in the customer's house.

Every boiler job prices differently

Flue runs, system type, controls, cylinder upgrades. The cost varies job to job. Checking supplier prices and working it out in your head on the doorstep is how margins get squeezed.

Bathroom refits have long materials lists

Pipe runs, fittings, isolators, waste connections, tiling allowances. Miss one line and your margin's gone. Add too much buffer and the customer picks a cheaper quote.

Three quotes from today, all unwritten

You finished at 5. You're home at 6. Those three quotes are still scribbled in a notebook. By the time you type them up on Thursday, two of those customers have already booked someone else.

How it works

Quote done before
you're back at the van.

Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.

01

Talk through the job

Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.

02

Get an itemised quote back

Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.

03

Send it. They accept in the browser.

Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.

In the app

Every plumber quote, in one place.

Pipeline, quotes and follow-ups, exactly as they look in the QuickPrice app on your phone.

Features

What's in it for plumbers

A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.

Knows UK plumbing costs

Current prices for boilers, cylinders, copper fittings, valves, thermostatic cartridges, and pipework. Describe the job and the materials list prices itself. No supplier catalogue needed.

VAT, labour, and totals, automatic

20% VAT applied if you're registered, labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total your customer can understand. Review, tweak, send.

Customer accepts, you convert to invoice

Your customer gets a link to view the quote in their browser and accept it. You get notified by email. Convert the accepted quote to an invoice with one tap and send it, all from the app.

Quoted before you've left the house

Walk to the van, open the app, describe the job. By the time the customer's closed the front door, the quote's in their inbox with your logo and payment terms.

Testimonial

What tradespeople say

Quoted a boiler swap from the customer's drive, talked through the job, hit send, done. She accepted it before I got home. I've used it for cylinder swaps, bathroom refits, the lot. About a minute per quote now. Used to be an hour minimum.

FAQ

Things people ask

Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.

How does it price plumbing materials?

The plumber quoting software uses current UK material costs including boilers, cylinders, copper fittings, valves, pipework, and sanitary ware. It factors these into the quote based on what you describe. You review every line item before sending and can adjust anything.

Can I quote emergency call-outs?

Yes. Mention it's an emergency or out-of-hours and the app adds a call-out charge. You can also add it manually as a line item in the review step.

Does my Gas Safe number appear on quotes?

Add your Gas Safe registration to your business profile during setup. It appears on every PDF automatically alongside your logo, business name, and contact details.

What happens after I send a quote?

The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification when they respond. Accepted quotes can be converted to invoices in one tap.

How accurate is the plumbing estimating?

For standard plumbing work like boiler swaps, bathroom refits, and heating jobs, most plumbers send the quote as the quoting software generates it. For unusual specs or premium materials, edit the line items before sending. The more detail you give, the better the output.
