You're good at your trade. Quoting shouldn't be a second job.

Five hours a week typing up quotes is an evening you're not getting paid for.

Quoting happens at home, not on-site

You finish a job at 5, get home at 6, and sit down to type up three quotes from scribbled notes. By Thursday the customer's already gone with someone else.

The first quote usually wins

Customers call three tradespeople. The one who sends a professional quote the same day almost always gets the job. The one who says "I'll get back to you" rarely does.

Guessing prices costs you either way

Quote too low and your margin's gone. Quote too high and so is the customer. Without current material costs and regional labour rates, you're always guessing.

How it works

Quote done before
you're back at the van.

Open the app, talk through what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in under a minute.

01

Talk through the job

Film a quick walkthrough, snap photos, dictate a voice note, type it out, or mix all four. The app sees what you see. No forms.

02

Get an itemised quote back

Line items in your words, materials and labour priced on current UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper itemised quote, not a rough estimate.

03

Send it. They accept in the browser.

Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept it there. Your app pings the second they do.

Features

What's in the app

Native on iPhone and Android. Web dashboard for when you're back at the desk. One account, same data.

Real UK pricing built in

Current material costs from UK suppliers, labour rates by region across 12 UK areas. London isn't Leeds. The app picks the right rate from your postcode automatically.

Branded PDFs with your logo

Your logo, your colours, your payment terms. Customers see a quote that looks like it came from a real business, not a free template.

Accept in browser, invoice in one tap

Customer opens the link and accepts in their browser, no app on their end. When they accept you get a push, and the quote turns into a branded invoice with one tap. Track unpaid, paid, overdue.

Live on iOS & Android

The full job, in one app.

Quote on-site from your phone, manage from your desk. The same widgets you use every day: voice, photo, pipeline, follow-ups.

Voice-to-quote

Talk it through. Quoted in 60 seconds.

Tap the mic and describe the job. The AI transcribes, pulls the scope, and prices labour and materials.

What tradespeople say

People using QuickPrice on jobs every day.

Quoted a boiler swap from the customer's driveway. Voice input, 45 seconds, done. She accepted it from her phone before I'd driven off. That job would've sat in my notebook for three days before.

Dave Richardson

Plumber · Manchester

The branded PDFs are what sold me. Customers comment on how professional the quotes look, and the pricing is close enough that I rarely change more than a line or two. Converted a quote to an invoice yesterday. One tap.

Sarah Mitchell

Electrician · Bristol

I run a two-man team doing extensions and lofts. Used to spend Sunday evenings pricing jobs. Now I photograph the site, talk through the scope, and the quote's in the customer's inbox same day. Win rate's gone up because I'm first to reply.

FAQ

Things people ask

Quick answers on pricing, accuracy, what it does, and what happens to your data.

What is QuickPrice?

An iPhone and Android app for writing quotes on-site. Talk through the job, snap photos, or type it out, and the app writes the line items, prices labour and materials on UK trade data, adds VAT, and gives you a branded PDF to email the customer before you've left the drive.

How much does it cost?

Free is £0/mo, 3 AI quotes and 20 manual quotes a month, text input, PDF download, email. Starter is £8.99/mo (inc. VAT), 20 AI quotes plus unlimited manual quotes, invoicing, and chase reminders. Pro is £14.99/mo (inc. VAT), 100 AI quotes, voice/photo/video, branded PDFs, Quote DNA, auto-chase, view notifications, and a 14-day free trial. Advanced is £34.99/mo (inc. VAT), unlimited AI quotes, regional price calibration, enhanced voice transcription, and priority support.

What happens after I send a quote?

Customer gets an email with a link, opens it in their browser, accepts or declines from there. No app needed on their end. You get a push notification the moment they open it and again when they reply. Status updates in the app automatically.

Can I turn quotes into invoices?

Yes. One tap once the customer's accepted. All the line items, pricing, and your branding carry across. Email it as a PDF, then track unpaid, paid, or overdue.

How accurate is the pricing?

Current UK material costs from suppliers like Travis Perkins, regional labour rates from Checkatrade, MyBuilder, and the FMB. The app picks the right rates from your postcode, so a London quote isn't priced like a Newcastle one. For standard jobs most tradespeople send the quote as-is. For anything unusual you can edit every line before sending.

Which trades does it cover?

28 categories. The core 13 (plumbing, electrical, building, painting and decorating, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, heating, handyman) plus 15 specialist trades (flooring, glazing, fencing, driveways, cleaning, scaffolding, damp proofing, drainage, chimney, locksmith, pest control, gardening, security and alarms, aerial and satellite, air conditioning). Each one has its own material and labour data.

How does voice input work?

Tap the mic and talk through the job: "Two-day bathroom refit, rip the old suite out, new shower, basin and toilet, retile the walls, all the pipework." The app transcribes it, picks out the line items, and prices it. Helpful when your hands are dirty or you don't want to be typing in someone's kitchen.

Can I use my own logo and branding?

Yes. Upload your logo, pick a colour, set your default payment terms during setup. Every quote and invoice PDF carries your branding, business name, address, and VAT number.

Does it work offline?

You can save drafts offline so you don't lose anything on-site. Generating and sending the quote needs a data connection but only takes a few seconds. Most phones have enough signal, or use the customer's Wi-Fi.

Is my data safe?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on UK/EU servers, GDPR compliant. We don't share your data with third parties or use it to train anyone else's AI. Close your account and everything is wiped after 30 days.

Can I train the AI on my own quotes?

Yes. Quote DNA lets you drop in up to 5 of your old quotes (PDFs or photos). The app reads them and picks up your prices, your tone, how you lay things out, and the bits you always include. New quotes come out reading like yours. Included in Pro.

Do I have to chase customers who don't reply?

No. Auto-chase is on by default on Pro. The app emails a polite reminder to any unaccepted quote every few days until the customer accepts, declines, or the quote expires. Turn it off per quote if you'd rather.

Do I know when the customer opens my quote?

Yes, on Pro. Push notification when they open it and again when they accept or decline. Status updates in the app at the same time.

Can I send a one-line summary instead of an itemised quote?

Yes. Every quote has a one-liner view (for example, "Bathroom refit: 1 × job @ £3,500") that you can toggle on for the customer-facing PDF. Useful when the customer only wants the headline figure or when the breakdown is just for you. The setting saves per quote.

Quote it before
you leave the drive. Free to start.

Free plan, no card needed. Paid from £8.99/mo inc. VAT. Pro's 14-day trial starts in the app.
