How much does it cost?
Starter is £4.99/mo + VAT (text input, smart pricing, PDF download). Pro is £9.99/mo + VAT and adds voice input, photo analysis, branded PDFs, email sending, quote-to-invoice conversion, and a 21-day free trial. Advanced is £29.99/mo + VAT with regional price calibration and priority support.
What happens after I send a quote?
Your customer receives an email with a link to view the quote in their browser. No app download needed. They can accept or decline it right there. You get an email notification the moment they respond, and the quote status updates in your app automatically.
Can I turn quotes into invoices?
Yes. Once a customer accepts a quote, you can convert it to an invoice with one tap. The invoice keeps all the line items, pricing, and your branding. Send it by email with a PDF attached, then track whether it's unpaid, paid, or overdue.
How accurate is the pricing?
The pricing engine uses current UK material costs from suppliers like Travis Perkins, plus regional labour rates sourced from Checkatrade, MyBuilder, and the FMB. It adjusts for your region automatically. London rates are different from Yorkshire rates. For standard jobs, most tradespeople send the quote as-is. For anything unusual, you can edit every line item before sending.
Which trades does it support?
13 trade categories: plumbing, electrical, building, painting & decorating, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, heating, and general handyman. The pricing engine has specific material and labour data for each trade.
How does voice input work?
Tap the mic and talk through the job like you would to a mate: "Two-day bathroom refit, rip out the old suite, new shower, basin, and toilet, re-tile the walls, all pipework." The app transcribes it, pulls out the line items, and prices the job. Useful when you're standing in someone's kitchen and don't want to type.
Can I use my own logo and branding?
Yes. During setup you upload your logo, pick an accent colour, and set your default payment terms. Every PDF that goes to a customer (quotes and invoices) carries your branding, business name, address, and VAT number.
Does it work offline?
You can save drafts offline so you never lose work on-site. Generating the quote and sending it needs a data connection, but it only takes a few seconds. Most phones have enough signal, or you can use the customer's Wi-Fi.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure servers, and fully GDPR compliant. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your account at any time, and all your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
