The problem
Booked solid, until you're not
Plasterers stay busy when the quotes keep going out. Price the next job from your phone in a minute, send it before you've cleaned the tools, keep the diary full without paperwork after hours.
Surface area maths is quick to mess up
Two walls, a ceiling, minus a window and a door. Plus waste. Do that in your head under pressure and you'll either over- or under-quote on plaster.
Prep and disposal aren't optional
Taking off old paper, wall repairs, carting away the waste. Forget to quote those and they come out of your day rate.
You're quoted up for six weeks. Still losing the 7th.
The next available slot is far out. If quoting is slow, the customer finds someone nearer-term. A fast quote locks the diary further out with your price accepted, not theirs.
How it works
Quote done before
you're back at the van.
Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.
01
Talk through the job
Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.
02
Get an itemised quote back
Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.
03
Send it. They accept in the browser.
Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.

What tradespeople say
“Quoting used to be the bit of the job I dreaded. Now I measure up, tap it in on my phone, send the quote before I leave. Booked 11 jobs this month, up from the usual 7 or 8.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
How does the plastering estimating software calculate quantities?
Give room dimensions and scope. The app calculates wall and ceiling m², subtracts standard openings, and estimates plaster bags needed including a standard wastage allowance.
Can I quote both skim and re-plastering in one quote?
Yes. Describe each wall separately and the app applies the right labour rate and material per wall, e.g. 'wall 1: skim, walls 2–3: re-plaster, ceiling: skim'.
Does it handle external rendering?
Yes. Sand-cement, monocouche, silicone, K-Rend. Give wall areas, surface preparation required, and finish type. Access equipment can be added as a separate line item.
What about PVA and prep?
PVA, unibond, bonding agents, and prep time are priced as standard line items. Override them if your job needs non-standard prep.
Can I quote Artex removal?
Yes. Describe the ceiling, scope, and whether you're removing or scraping back and over-skimming. For pre-2000 properties an asbestos check may be needed before any disturbance, so add it as a line item if the customer hasn't had one.
Does the quote include waste disposal?
Waste removal is a standard line item in re-plastering jobs. For large renders and whole-house skims, a skip allowance can be added.
