Quoting software
for glaziers.

You've just measured up a blown sealed unit. Instead of jotting sizes on the back of a job sheet and pricing it tonight, open the app, describe the unit and glass spec, and email a branded quote before you've packed the suckers away. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

Built for UK tradespeople

The problem

Quote on-site, not back at the unit

Glaziers lose hours every week pricing jobs after they've packed up. QuickPrice prices sealed units, full-house double glazing, and door swaps from your phone while you're still standing at the customer's window.

Per-unit and whole-house don't price the same

A single blown sealed unit is a quick swap. A full-house double glazing job is frames, fitting, scaffolding allowances, and waste. Pricing both off the same gut feel is how the big jobs lose margin and the small ones get overquoted.

The glass spec changes the price

Toughened over annealed, Low-E coatings, acoustic laminate, obscure patterns for bathrooms. Each spec carries a different cost, and getting it wrong on the doorstep either eats your margin or loses you the job.

Emergency call-outs need a price now

A smashed shopfront at 9pm needs a board-up and a quote for the reglaze, fast. Working it out in your head at the kerb, in the dark, with the customer watching, is how out-of-hours jobs get underpriced.

How it works

Quote done before
you're back at the van.

Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.

01

Talk through the job

Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.

02

Get an itemised quote back

Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on UK data for your region, VAT added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.

03

Send it. They accept in the browser.

Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.

In the app

Features

What's in it for glaziers

A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.

Knows UK glazing costs

Current prices for sealed units, toughened and laminated glass, Low-E and acoustic specs, uPVC and composite frames, and fitting. Describe the unit and the spec. The materials list prices itself, no glass merchant catalogue needed.

Per-unit or whole-house, priced right

Quote a single misted unit or a full-house reglaze and the app scales materials, fitting, and waste to match. Add the opening sizes and glass spec, and the totals follow.

VAT, labour, and totals, automatic

20% VAT applied if you're registered, labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total your customer can understand. Review, tweak, send.

Emergency quotes in under a minute

Board-up and reglaze quoted from the kerb, out-of-hours call-out added automatically. By the time you've swept the glass, the customer has the quote in their inbox with your logo on it.

What tradespeople say

Measured up a blown unit, picked the spec, hit send from the drive. Customer accepted before I'd got the suckers back in the van. I use it for the lot now, single units, full-house jobs, even emergency board-ups. About a minute a quote instead of doing them all on a Sunday night.

FAQ

Things people ask

Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.

Can it price single units and whole-house jobs?

Yes. Quote a single sealed unit as a quick per-unit swap, or describe a full-house reglaze and the glazier quoting software scales materials, fitting, and waste across every opening. Add the sizes and it works out the totals for both. You review every line before sending.

How does it handle different glass specs?

Tell it the spec, toughened, Low-E, acoustic laminate, or obscure, and the quoting software prices the glass accordingly. Each spec carries its own UK cost, so a toughened or acoustic unit prices higher than standard annealed. Mention the pattern or coating and it factors it into the line item.

Can I quote emergency out-of-hours call-outs?

Yes. Mention it's an emergency or out-of-hours board-up and the app adds a call-out charge on top of the reglaze. You can quote the board-up and the follow-up glass replacement together from the kerb, or add the call-out manually as a line item in the review step.

What happens after I send a quote?

The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification when they respond. Accepted quotes can be converted to invoices in one tap.

Does it use my branding and how accurate is the pricing?

Every PDF carries your logo, business name, accent colour, and contact details, set once during setup. For standard glazing work like sealed unit swaps and double glazing, most glaziers send the quote as the software generates it. For unusual specs or big frames, edit the line items before it goes out. Your quote data stays yours. The more you tell it about the spec and sizes, the sharper the output.
