Before you go

We're sorry to see you leave. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone once the grace period ends.

30-day grace period

Your account won't be deleted immediately. You have 30 days to change your mind.

Reminder emails

We'll notify you at 2 weeks, 1 week, and 3 days before your data is permanently removed.

What gets deleted

All quotes, client data, templates, PDFs, account settings, and usage history. Stripe will also remove your payment details.

Cancel any time

Changed your mind? Email info@hansemedia.co.uk before the deletion date and we'll restore your account.
