The quoting app
built for plumbers.
You've just assessed a boiler swap. Instead of scribbling notes and typing it up tonight, open the app, describe the job, and email a branded quote to the customer before you've loaded the van. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

The problem
Sound familiar?
Most plumbers waste hours every week on quoting. There's a better way.
Every boiler job prices differently
Flue runs, system type, controls, cylinder upgrades. The cost varies job to job. Checking supplier prices and working it out in your head on the doorstep is how margins get squeezed.
Bathroom refits have long materials lists
Pipe runs, fittings, isolators, waste connections, tiling allowances. Miss one line and your margin's gone. Add too much buffer and the customer picks a cheaper quote.
Three quotes from today, all unwritten
You finished at 5. You're home at 6. Those three quotes are still scribbled in a notebook. By the time you type them up on Thursday, two of those customers have already booked someone else.
How it works
Site visit to accepted
quote in 60 seconds
Open the app on-site, describe the job, and send. Your customer accepts from their browser before you've left the drive.
01
Describe the job on-site
Type it, record a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or combine all three. No forms, no paperwork. Just describe what needs doing.
02
Get a priced, itemised quote
The app writes professional line items, pulls real UK material costs and regional labour rates, calculates quantities, adds VAT, and generates your quote in seconds.
03
Send it, they accept it
Review the line items, tweak anything, and email a branded PDF. Your customer accepts from their browser. You get notified instantly.
Features
Built for plumber quoting
QuickPrice is a native app designed for tradespeople who quote on-site, not a web form.
Knows UK plumbing costs
Current prices for boilers, cylinders, copper fittings, valves, thermostatic cartridges, and pipework. Describe the job and the materials list prices itself. No supplier catalogue needed.
VAT, labour, and totals, automatic
20% VAT applied if you're registered, labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total your customer can understand. Review, tweak, send.
Customer accepts, you convert to invoice
Your customer gets a link to view the quote in their browser and accept it. You get notified by email. Convert the accepted quote to an invoice with one tap and send it, all from the app.
Quoted before you've left the house
Walk to the van, open the app, describe the job. By the time the customer's closed the front door, the quote's in their inbox with your logo and payment terms.
Testimonial
What tradespeople say
“Quoted a boiler swap from the customer's drive, talked through the job, hit send, done. She accepted it before I got home. I've used it for cylinder swaps, bathroom refits, the lot. About a minute per quote now. Used to be an hour minimum.”

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about using QuickPrice for your trade.
How does it price plumbing materials?
The app uses current UK plumbing material costs including boilers, cylinders, copper fittings, valves, pipework, and sanitary ware. It factors these into the quote based on what you describe. You review every line item before sending and can adjust anything.
Can I quote emergency call-outs?
Yes. Mention it's an emergency or out-of-hours and the app adds a call-out charge. You can also add it manually as a line item in the review step.
Does my Gas Safe number appear on quotes?
Add your Gas Safe registration to your business profile during setup. It appears on every PDF automatically alongside your logo, business name, and contact details.
What happens after I send a quote?
The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification when they respond. Accepted quotes can be converted to invoices in one tap.
How accurate is the pricing?
For standard plumbing work like boiler swaps, bathroom refits, and heating jobs, most plumbers send the quote as the app generates it. For unusual specs or premium materials, edit the line items before sending. The more detail you give, the better the output.
